Book a private three-hour Mahone Bay sailing tour for you and three friends aboard the Oak Haven. Explore the breathtaking views of South Shore Nova Scotia, hear local history and legendary mysteries, see coastal wildlife, and even try your hand at sailing with Captain and crew.

  • See coastal wildlife, islands, and the open waters of Mahone Bay as we explore ecologically diverse shorelines of Mahone Bay islands
  • Savour local sourced snacks and non-alcoholic beverages provided aboard
  • Raise the winch in and trim the sails (if you wish) as we tack and gybe along

Price: $450.00 + HST (Includes sailing for four adults)
Add a 5th or 6th guest for just $90 + HST per guest!

Dates: Offered daily, June 1 to September 2 2025. Subject to availability.

Good to Know:

  • Departure at 11:00 or 15:00 from Mahone Bay Civic Marina (683 Main Street)
  • Parking is included at the Marina in the package price
  • We recommend soft-soled, non-scuff shoes or deck shoes if you have them. No high heeled shoes. You may also wish to bring a hat, sunscreen, windbreaker or sweater and long pants, bathing suit and towel, and a camera! Please pack your gear in a soft bag or knapsack for easy stowage.
  • If prone to seasickness, an anti-nausea medication is recommended. Please advise us of any medical condition, medication or mobility limitations that might affect your participation.
  • Tours are in English, but guides also speak French, Dutch, and some German

  • Cancel your booking for any reason up to 10-days in advance of your tour and receive a full refund. In the event of severe weather or if the Captain determines it is unsafe to sail, we will reschedule your tour at your convenience or refund you 100% of your payment.
