Das Wort „atemberaubend“ wird bei Beschreibungen von Erlebnissen sehr gerne und auch häufig benutzt – aber wenn ein Wal durch die Wasseroberfläche bricht, sich auf die Wellen stürzt und mit einem lauten Knall und unter einer Wasserfontäne wieder eintaucht, kann man dies sicherlich als absolut atemberaubend bezeichnen.
In Nova Scotia können Sie viele verschiedene Walarten entdecken, doch ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit auch sehr hoch, dass Sie Tümmler, Seehunde und Seevögel (wie bspw. Papageientaucher) sehen, während Sie auf dem offenen Wasser sind. Die beste Zeit um Wale zu beobachten ist übrigens in den Sommer- und Herbstmonaten. Viele Veranstalter vor Ort bieten dann sogar eine Garantie dafür, dass sie Wale sehen werden – ansonsten bekommen Sie Ihr Geld zurück!
